  • A2: Double Unders x max reps in 30 seconds – Rest 60 seconds

B.

6 minutes @ 90% of:

  • Row 200m
  • Burpee over the Erg x 5
  • Russian KBS x 10

Rest/Walk 3 minutes

6 minutes @ 90% of:

  • Run 200m
  • Toes to Bar x 5
  • Wallball x 10

Rest/Walk 3 minutes

6 minutes @ 90% of:

  • Deadlift x 5 @ 50-60% of 1RM
  • Push Up x 10/8
  • Double Under x 30
