- Front Squat x 3 @ 20X1

- Back Squat x 6 @ 30X1
C. 3 Sets:
- C1: Snatch Grip RDL x 6-8 @ 3011 – Rest 60 seconds
- C2: SL Box Squat w/ SA KB Front Rack x 6-8 per @ 30X1 – Rest 60 seconds
- C3: SA Trap 3 Raise x 6-8 per @ 2020 – Rest 60 seconds
- C4: Alt Cossack Squat x 8-10 – Rest 60 seconds
OR
D. 2 Sets:
- Erg 3 minutes (Moderate) – Rest 1 minute
