A. 4 Sets:

  • A1: Snatch Grip Push Press x 4-6 – Rest 60 seconds
  • A2: “Tall” Box Jump x 1.1.1 – Rest 2-3 seconds between then Rest 60 seconds

B. In teams of 2, with only 1 person working at a time, complete 3 Rounds for time of:

  • Erg x 60 Cals
  • Pogo Burpee Over Barbell x 30
