  • Dislocate x 10
  • Box Ankle Rocks 30 Seconds per

B. 3 Sets:

  • Box Assisted Pistol x 3-4 per
  • Supinated Hang 30-30 Seconds

C. 5 Sets:

  • Front Squat x 1 @ 31X1 + 2 @ 20X1

Rest as needed

D. For Time:

  • Dual DB Squat x 10-8-6-4-2
  • Devil Press x 1-2-3-4-5
