- Push Press x 3
B. Every 90 seconds, for 6 minutes (4 Sets)
- Push Jerk x 2
C. Every 90 seconds, for 6 minutes (4 Sets)
- Split Jerk x 1
D. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
- SA KB Complex x 1 – Left
- Box Jump x 10
- SA KB Complex x 1 – Right
- Run 150m
