Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Run 150m
  • Thumbs Up Bent Reverse Fly x 12
  • Bar Tap x 9

B. EMOM for 10

  • Odd – Double Under x Max Reps in 30 Seconds
  • Even – Pull Up x Max Reps in 30 Seconds (Strict or Kipping)

C. 3 Sets:

  • Barbell Bent Row x 8-10 @ 20X1 – Rest 60 Seconds
  • Single Arm Farmer Carry 75ft per (Heavy) – Rest 60 Seconds

D. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 12 Minutes of:

  • Toes To Bar x 12
  • Alt SA KBS x 12
  • Erg 12 Cals OR Run 150m
