- Bar Tap x 9
B. EMOM for 10
- Odd – Double Under x Max Reps in 30 Seconds
- Even – Pull Up x Max Reps in 30 Seconds (Strict or Kipping)
C. 3 Sets:
- Barbell Bent Row x 8-10 @ 20X1 – Rest 60 Seconds
- Single Arm Farmer Carry 75ft per (Heavy) – Rest 60 Seconds
D. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 12 Minutes of:
- Toes To Bar x 12
- Alt SA KBS x 12
- Erg 12 Cals OR Run 150m
