- Thread the Needle 30 Seconds per
- Bodyweight Single Leg RDL x 8 per
B. 5 Sets:
- Segmented Snatch Deadlift x 3-5 – Pause 2″ off the floor, at the Knee and at the Pockets – Rest 75 Seconds
- Tuck Sit x As Many Seconds As Possible – Rest 75 Seconds
C. 3 Rounds for time:
- Erg 25/20 Cals OR Run 400m
- Hang Power Clean x 10 (135/95lbs)
