Warm Up

In teams of 3, complete 2 Rounds each of:

  • Partner A – Row 200m
  • Partner B – Jumprope (Singles)
  • Partner C – FLR on Floor

Workout of the Day

A. Complete as many Double Unders as possible in 2 minutes

B. Row 2k or Run 1 mile for time

C. 3 Sets

  • Couch Stretch x 90 seconds per
  • SA Bent Row x 6-8 per @ 2111
