Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Jumprope 60 Seconds (:20 Singles + :10 Rest x 2)
  • Hi/Lo Plank 30 Seconds
  • Hanging Scap Circles x 5 per

B. 3 Sets:

  • Side Plank w/ Powell Raise x 8-10 per @ 2020
  • 3 Way Calf Raise x 21 (7 Toes In + 7 Toes Out + 7 Toes Forward

C. 3 Sets:

  • Wide Grip Pull Up x 6-8 @ 30X1 – Rest 60 Seconds
  • Wall Leaning Tib Raise x 20-25 – Rest 60 Seconds

D. Complete as many rounds & reps as possible in 10 Minutes of:

  • Box Jump/Step Down x 5 (30/24)
  • Erg 10 Cals or Run 150m
  • DB Hang to Overhead x 20 (10 per)
