  • Jumprope 60 Seconds (:20 Singles + :10 Rest x 2)
  • Deadbug x 12
  • Bar Tap x 12

B. 3 Sets:

  • SA Trap 3 Raise w/ ISO Hold x 8-10 per @ 2020
  • DB Single Leg Calf Raise x 15-20 per – Rest 75 Seconds

C. 3 Sets:

  • Supinated Chin Over Bar Hold x 15-20 Seconds (CTB if possible)
  • Half Kneeling Adductor Rock Back x 8-10 per

D. 2 Rounds For Time

  • Double Under x 80
  • Alt. DB Hang to Overhead x 40
  • Erg 30 Cals
  • Burpee Pull x 15
