- Min 1 – Supinated Ring Row x 8 + Double Under x 20
- Min 2 – Erg 45 Seconds for Cals
- Min 3 – Double Under x 20 + AbMat Sit Up x 16
- Min 4 – Shuttle Run x 3-5 (25ft out and back)
- Min 5 – Rest
