- Ring Support Hold 10-15 Seconds
- Side Bridge 30 Seconds per
C. Every 4 minutes, for 16 minutes (4 Sets)
- Run 200m
Then, Complete 2 Rounds of:
- Strict Chin Up x 5 + Hand Release Push Up x 10
D. EMOM 6 (2 Sets)
- MIn 1 – Shoulder Extension
- MIn 2 – Heel Sit
- Min 3 – Butterfly or Weighted Butterfly
