Workout of the Day

In teams of 2, with only 1 working at a time, complete the following for time:

  • Relay Run 1 Mile

Then alternate FULL ROUNDS to complete 4 each of:

  • Hang Power Snatch x 4
  • Run 200m
  • Power Snatch x 4

Immediately followed by:

  • Erg 100/80 Cals
