A. 10 minutes – Handstand Hold/Walk Practice

B. 3 Sets:

  • X Band Walk x 10 steps per
  • SA Ring Row x 5 per @ 3011
  • Alt. Single Arm KBS x 20
  • Alt. Jump Lunge x 10

C. In teams of 3, perform 3 rounds each for time of:

  • Row 500/400m
  • Run 400m
  • Alt Medball Box Step Up x 20 (20/14lbs to 24/20″)
