B. Every 90 seconds, for 24 minutes (4 sets of each):

  • Station 1 – Row 15/12 Cals
  • Station 2 – Bottom’s Up Kettlebell Carry 90/90 x 75ft per
  • Station 3 – Alt. KB Gorilla Row x 12-16
  • Station 4 –Single KB Rack Cossack Squat x 6-8 per @ 20X1

C. For Max Cals

  • 8 minutes Row, Bike, Run, or Ski
