A. 3 Sets:

  • DB External Rotation x 6-8 per @ 2020
  • Arch Body Pulses x 30 seconds 

B. 4 Sets:

  • Strict Ring Pull Up x 6-8 @ 31X1
  • Hollow Rocks/Hold 30 Seconds

C. In teams of 2, partners alternate FULL ROUNDS to complete 4 each of:

  • Row x 21/18 Cals
  • Burpee Pull Up x 9
