- B1: Deadlift x 8-10 @ 30X1 – Rest 90 seconds
- B2: FLR x 45-60 seconds – Rest 90 seconds

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
- Toes to Bar x 5 OR Abmat Sit Up x 10
- KB Snatch x 10 (5 per)
- Double Under x 20
