  • Squat to Stand x 5
  • Good Morning x 10
  • OHS x 10

Power Snatch Instruction

Workout of the Day

A. 5 Sets

  • Power Snatch + OHS @ 32X1

B. 3 Sets

  • B1: Deadlift x 8-10 @ 30X1 – Rest 90 seconds
  • B2: FLR x 45-60 seconds – Rest 90 seconds

C.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

  • Toes to Bar x 5 OR Abmat Sit Up x 10
  • KB Snatch x 10 (5 per)
  • Double Under x 20
