Against a 40 minute running clock: In teams of 3, with only 1 partner working at a time, complete the following:

0-10:00

  • 1200m Medball Relay (each partner runs 400m)

10-22:00 – AMRAP:

  • Muscle Up x 3/2
  • Front Squat x 6 (135/95lbs)

22-28:00

REST

28-40:00 – AMRAP

  • Power Clean x 3 (135/95lbs) OR Sandbag OTS x 3
  • Burpee Box Jump Over x 6 (24/20)
