A. 4 Sets:

  • A1: Single KB Rack Cossack Squat x 6-8 per @ 20X1
  • A2: Ring Support Hold x 10-15 seconds (RTO) – Rest 60 seconds
  • A3: Strict Hanging Knee Raise x 10-15 – Rest 60 seconds

B. 4 Sets:

Against a 3:00 clock

  • Run 400m
  • Ski, Bike, or Row for Max Cals

Rest 3:00 between sets
