Workout of the Day
A. 5 Sets:
- A1: Power Clean x 1.1.1 – Rest 5-10 seconds between singles
- A2: “Tall” Box Jump x 1.1.1 – Rest 2-3 seconds between jumps and then Rest 2 minutes.
B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible 12 minutes of:
- Deadlift x 1 @ heaviest set from “A”
- Box Jump Over x 1 (24/20″)
- Wall Walk x 1 OR Strict Deficit HSPU (6/4″)
*Add 1 of each movement after each round.
