- Half Kneeling Ankle Rocks 30 Seconds per
B. 4 Sets (OHS Therapy)
- Wall Facing OHS w/ PVC x 5 @ 3111
C. 3 Sets:
- Front Squat x 6-8 @ 20X1 – Rest 75 Seconds
- Assisted Russian Dip on Box x 8-10 – Rest 60 seconds
D. Complete as many reps as possible in 6 Minutes of:
- Row 1000m
- Man Maker x Max Reps
