  • Deadlift x 3 (225/155lbs)
  • Burpee Box Get Over x 6 (48/40)
  • Erg 9 Cals

Rest/Walk 5 Minutes, then:

  • Double Under x 30
  • Run 150m
  • Horn Grip Goblet Squat x 12
