- B1: Front Squat x 5 @ 20X1 – Rest 60 seconds
 - B2: SA Tripod Row x 8 per @ 3011 – Rest 20 seconds between arms then Rest 60 seconds
 
C. 4 Rounds for time of:
- SA DB Thruster x 10 – Left
 - Erg 20/15 Cals
 - SA DB Thruster x 10 – Right
 - Run 200m
