  • Prone Lying Snow Angel x 10
  • Squat Jump x 10

B. 4 Sets:

  • B1: Broad Jump x 1.1.1 – Rest 60 seconds
  • B2: Alt Gorilla Row x 12-16 per @ 2011 – Rest 60 seconds
  • B3: SA OH Carry x 30m per – Rest 60 seconds

C. 3 Sets for Max Cals/Reps

Against a 3:00 Clock:

  • Erg 2 Minutes for Cals
  • Man Maker x Max Reps

Rest 3:00 between sets

*Today’s man maker is push up, renegade row left, push up, renegade row right, power clean, push press. Post the number of reps for each set and load used.
