A. 4 Sets:

  • Segmented Clean Deadlift x 3-4

Pause @ 2″ off the floor, below the knee and mid thigh positions

Rest 2:00

B. 3 Sets: (from the floor)

  • Push Press x 4-6

-Rest 2:00

C. For Time:

  • Run 400m
  • Hang to Overhead x 20
  • Run 400m
  • Ground to Overhead x 20
  • Run 400m
