  • Burpee x 5

Rest/Walk 5:00, then:

A2. 10 minutes @ 85% of:

  • FLR x 30 seconds
  • Row 200m
  • Air Squat x 15

Rest/Walk 5:00, then:

A3. 10 minutes @ 85% of:

  • Run 200m
  • Single DB Alt. Box Step Up x 10
  • TTB x 5 (Strict if possible)
