Workout of the Day

A. 2 Sets:

  • Row 20 Strokes (No Straps)
  • Prisoner Good Morning x 10
  • Glute Bridge ISO 30 Seconds

B. 5 Sets:

  • Sumo Deadlift x 2-3 @ 21X1 – Rest 90 seconds
  • Seated External Rotation x 8-10 per @ 2020

C. In teams of 2, with only 1 working at a time:

  • Erg Cals x 100/80

Then partners alternate FULL ROUNDS to complete 5 each of:

  • Hang Power Clean x 3
  • Alt. Reverse Lunge x 2
  • Shoulder to Overhead x 1

Immediately followed by:

  • Erg Cals x 100/80
