B. 5 Sets:
- Sumo Deadlift x 2-3 @ 21X1 – Rest 90 seconds
- Seated External Rotation x 8-10 per @ 2020
C. In teams of 2, with only 1 working at a time:
- Erg Cals x 100/80
Then partners alternate FULL ROUNDS to complete 5 each of:
- Hang Power Clean x 3
- Alt. Reverse Lunge x 2
- Shoulder to Overhead x 1
Immediately followed by:
- Erg Cals x 100/80
