A. 3 Sets:

  • Erg :75 seconds
  • Air Squat x 15 (5 Wide + 5 Regular + 5 Narrow)
  • Yoga Push Up x 5

B. 3 Sets:

  • Broad Jump x 1.1.1
  • Back Rack Walkout (Heavy) – Rest 75 Seconds

C. 6 Sets:

  • Back Squat x 3, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1 @ 30X1

Rest as needed

D. EMOM for 12:00

  • Min 1 – Front Squat x 10
  • Min 2 – Pogo Burpee Over Bar x 10
  • Min 3 – Run 150m
  • Min 4 – Rest/Walk
