For Time:

Run 1 Mile

  • 100 Pull Ups
  • 200 Push Ups300
  • Air Squats

Run 2 Mile

*Partition as desired

For Example:

Run 1 Mile

20 Rounds of:

  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 10Push Ups
  • 15 Air Squats
