  • Erg x 90 Cals
  • Lateral Burpee Over Bar x 45
  • Power Clean x 30
  • Ring Muscle Up x 15 (Strict if possible)

Set 1 – 155/105; Set 2 – 175/125; Set 3 – 185/135
