Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Run 150m
  • PVC Dislocate x 10
  • PVC Assisted ATG Split Squat
  • Scap Pull Up x 10

B. 3 Sets:

  • OHS Therapy x 9 @ 3111

Start with toes 10-12″ from the Wall and move progressively closer through the Set of 9.

  • Bar Tap x 10-15
  • Blocked Push Up x 3-4 @ 4011

C. For Time:

  • 5 Rounds of Cindy
  • Run 400m
  • 4 Rounds of Cindy
  • Run 400m
  • 3 Rounds of Cindy
  • Run 400m
  • 2 Rounds of Cindy
  • Run 400m
  • 1 Round of Cindy
