B. 3 Sets:
- Bodyweight Jefferson Curl x 8-10
- Seated External Rotation x 8-10 per @ 2020
- Ring Row ISO Hold 20 Seconds (Rings to Chest)
C. 3 Sets:
- Incline Batwing Row x 8-10 @ 20X1 – Rest 75 Seconds
- Alt. Cossack Squat x 12-16 – Rest 75 Seconds
D. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 12 Minutes of:
- Run 300m
- Ring Pull Up OR Strict Chin Up x 6
- Box Jump Over x 9
