A. 3 Sets:

  • Row 20 Strokes (No Straps)
  • Bodyweight Death March 20 Steps
  • SL Calf Raise x 20 per

B. 3 Sets:

  • Staggered Stance RDL x 6-8 per @ 30X1 – Rest 75 Seconds
  • Strict Hanging Knee Raise x 12-16 – Rest 75 Seconds

C. 3 Sets:

  • Elevated Foot SL Glute Bridge x 12-15 per – Rest 75 Seconds
  • Single Arm OH Carry 75ft per – Rest 75 Seconds

D. In teams of 2, with only 1 working at a time, complete the following for time:

  • Alt. DB Snatch x 100
  • Erg 200 Cals
  • Double Under x 300

Teams may partition the work any way desired.
