Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Erg 75 seconds
  • Bottom of Squat w/ Alternating Reach x 10
  • Yoga Push Up x 5

B. 3 Sets:

  • Tall Box Jump x 1.1.1
  • Blocked Push Up x 3-4 @ 4111

C. Every 2:30 for 12 Minutes (5 Sets)

  • Back Squat x 2 @ 30X1 – Rest as needed

D. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 8 Minutes of:

  • Hang Power Clean x 2
  • Front Squat x 4
  • Hand Release Push Up x 8
