A. 3 Sets:

  • Run 150m
  • Bottom of Squat w/ Alternating Reach x 10
  • Broad Jump x 1.1.1

B. Take 10 Minutes to build to a “heavy” Power Clean Single

C. 5 Sets:

  • Back Squat x 3 @ 30X1 – Rest 60 seconds
  • DB Ext. Rotation x 8-10 per @ 2020 – Rest 60 seconds

C. 5 Rounds for time of:

  • Run 150m
  • Double Unders x 30
  • Wallball x 15 (UNBROKEN)

-12 minute time cap.
