  • Bodyweight Death March x 20 steps
  • Tall Plank Shoulder Taps x 20

B. In teams of 2, complete 3 rounds for time of:

  • Power Clean x 30 (95/65)
  • Shoulder to Overhead x 30
  • Box Jump Over x 30 (24/20″)
