  • SA Bottoms Up 90/90 Carry x 50′ per
  • Dumbbell Pullover x 12-15 @ 4011

C. 3 Sets:

  • Incline Batwing Row x 8-12
  • Double Under x max reps in :20

D. Complete 2 Rounds for Time:

  • Double Under x 100
  • Run 200m
  • Goblet Hold Lunge x 30
