Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Run 150m
  • Beast to Alt. Leg Through x 10
  • Wall Leaning Tib Raises x 20-25

B. Hit and Run Core Four

Every 8 minutes for 32 minutes (4 Sets)

  • Row 500m, Ski 500m, Bike 1000m, Run 400m
  • Hold Prone Plank on Elbows for the time it took to complete the distance on the Erg
  • *Carry 150m

*Carry:

  • Set 1 – Double KB Front Rack Carry
  • Set 2 – Farmers Carry
  • Set 3 – SA KB Front Rack Carry + Farmer Carry (75m per)
  • Set 4 – Overhead Plate Carry (45/35lbs)
