  • Erg 75 seconds
  • Russian Step Up x 5/per
  • Bottom of Squat w/ Alt. Reach x 10

B. 3 Sets:

  • Box Jump x 1.1.1
  • Blocked Push Up x 3-4 @ 4111

C. 5 Sets:

  • Back Squat x 3 @ 30X1

Rest as needed

D. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 10 Minutes of:

  • Front Squat x 6 (UNBROKEN)
  • Hand Release Push Up x 12
  • Run 150m
