- Weighted Chin Up x 2-3 @ 20X1
- Single Leg Foot Elevated Glute Bridge x 12-15 per
Rest :75 seconds
C. 3 Sets:
- Tall Kneeling Zottman Curl x 10-12
- Alt. Cossack Squat x 10-12
D. in teams of 2, with only 1 working at a time, complete as many Cals as possible in 10 minutes of:
- Dual KB Farmer Carry 400m
- Erg as many Cals as posible in time remaining.
