A. 3 Sets:

  • Run 150
  • Dislocate x 10
  • 3pt PVC Hinge x 10
  • PVC Assisted ATG Split Squat x 10 per

B. 3 Sets

  • Weighted Chin Up x 2-3 @ 20X1
  • Single Leg Foot Elevated Glute Bridge x 12-15 per 

Rest :75 seconds

C. 3 Sets:

  • Tall Kneeling Zottman Curl x 10-12
  • Alt. Cossack Squat x 10-12

D. in teams of 2, with only 1 working at a time, complete as many Cals as possible in 10 minutes of:

  • Dual KB Farmer Carry 400m
  • Erg as many Cals as posible in time remaining.
