B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

  • Single Arm DB STO Left x 20 (50/35lbs)
  • Alt. DB Box Step Up x 20 (24/20″)
  • Single Arm DB STO Right x 20 (50/35lbs)
  • Alt. DB Box Step Up x 20 (24/20″)
