A. 3 Sets:

  • Jump Rope x :60
  • Prone Snow Angel x 10
  • Tall Plank to Alt. Toe Touch x 10

B. 3 Sets:

  • Single Leg KB RDL x 8 per @ 30X1
  • TGU x 2 per
  • Alt. SA KBS x 12-16

C. 3 Sets for Max Reps

  • 3 Minutes – Erg for Cals
  • 2 Minutes – KB Snatch x Max Reps
  • 1 Minute – Double Under x Max Reps

Rest/Walk 2-3 Minutes between.
