- Snatch Grip RDL x 8
- Snatch RDL x 10
- Below the Knee Hang Muscle Snatch x 8
- OHS x 8
B. Every 2 minutes, for 14 minutes (7 Sets)
- Halting Snatch Deadlift + High Pull + Power Snatch
C. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
- Alt SA DB Hang Clean & Split Jerk x 20
- Alt. SL TTB x 10
- Alt. SA Devill Press x 10
