Workout of the Day

A. 3 Sets:

  • Run 150m
  • YTW x 5
  • Supinated Hang 15-20 Seconds

B. 3 Sets:

  • Weighted Chin Up x 2-3 @ 20X1
  • Half Kneeling KB Hip Opener 45 Seconds per

C. 3 Sets:

  • Blocked Push Up x 3-4 @ 4111
  • Wall Leaning Tib Raise 20-25 per

D. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 12 Minutes of:

  • Pull Up x 5
  • Push Up x 10
  • Run 200m
