A. 3 Rounds:

  • Row 20 strokes (no straps)
  • SA Bottoms Up KB 90/90 Carry 50ft per
  • Bodyweight Jefferson Curl x 5

B. 3-4 Sets (KB Snatch Practice)

  • Single Arm KB Swing + High Pull + Snatch x 7 + 7 + 7 (left)

Rest :30, then:

  • Single Arm KB Swing + High Pull + Snatch x 7 + 7 + 7 (right)

C. 3 Sets:

  • Seated Good Morning x 8-10 – Rest 75 Seconds
  • Dual KB Floor Press x 12-15 – Rest 75 Seconds

D. 3 Sets:

  • Row 20 Strokes for Max Cals
  • Burpee Box Jump Over x 10
  • Row the # of Cals from above in as few Strokes as possible.

Rest/Walk 2-3 Minutes between
