A. 3 Rounds:

  • Jump Rope :60 seconds
  • Spider-Man Lunge w/ Rotation x 5 per
  • Alt. Elbow Rotaton x 10
  • Air Squat x 15 (5 Wide + 5 Regular + 5 Narrow)

B. Every 90 Seconds for 12 Minutes (8 Sets)

  • High Hang Power Clean + Front Squat

C. 3 Sets:

  • Back Squat x 4-6 @ 30X1

Rest 2-3 Minutes

D. Every 4 Minutes for 16 (4 Sets)

Against a 3:00 working clock

  • Run x 150m
  • Wallball x 15
  • Run 150m
  • Double Under x Max Reps in time remaining
