Workout of the Day

A. 4 Sets:

  • 1 Back Squat @ 32X1+ 3-4 Back Squats @ 30X1 – Rest 60 seconds
  • Standing Snow Angel x 10-12

B. Every 5 minutes, for 20 minutes (4 Sets)

  • Row x 500m
  • Walking Lunge x 30 steps

Odd – Row/Lunge, Even – Lunge/Row
