- Slow First Pull Power Snatch x 3 + OHS x 1 @ 31X1
 
C. In teams of 2, partners alternate full rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 16 minutes of:
- Devil Press x 3 (Dual DB)
 - Dual DB Box Step Over x 6 (20″ Box)
 - Erg 12 Cals OR Run 250m
