B. 3 Sets:
- Back Rack Split Squat x 6-8 per @ 30X1
Rest 60 seconds
- Side Bridge with Rotation x 8 per
Rest 60 seconds
C. 4 Sets:
- SA DB Thruster x 20 (50/35lbs – Alt every 5 reps)
- Run x 400m
Rest :60 seconds between sets
