A. 3 Sets:
- Erg 75 seconds
- Drop Lunge to Knee Lift x 6 per
- Supinated Hang 20-30 Seconds
B. Every 90 Seconds for 12 Minutes (8 Sets)
- Hang Power Clean + Front Squat
C. 3 Sets:
- Back Squat x 6 @ 30X1
Rest 2-3 Minutes
D. Complete as many Rounds & Reps as possible in 10 Minutes of:
- Run 150m
- Wallball x 12 (UNBROKEN)
- TTB x 9
